I purchased a dining table that is available through different vendors, but Caviani offered it for the best price. I could not be happier with the table, and also the excellent service they provided. Their team delivered my package even after regular hours because they wanted to honor the time commitment they made. My only suggestion to Caviani would just be to send out an email after the invoice is paid to let the customer know when you're scheduling the delivery, because I did call a couple times to figure out what the next steps were after paying that invoice. Other than that I am so happy with the service and will be ordering from Caviani again!

I ordered a sectional sofa and few days I received a call confirming my order. I was told it will be delievered in 2 days. I paid online and although it got delivered 3 days instead of 2, I always get updates from them. We paid curbside delivery but was nice enough that they helped my husband to deliver to our unit on 2nd floor... even helped my husband in assembling. The sectional seems to be in good quality and it is how I see it online. All in all 5 stars! I would recommend.

I had the best experience at this furniture store. The furniture is beautiful and the prices are unbelievable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ such great value compared to other places. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price! If you’d like, I can also make it shorter, more enthusiastic, or more formal.

I ordered this same exact bed from a big box store. The bed arrived damaged from the box store and was a nightmare to return. Then I found the SAME bed from Caviani for $600 cheaper! I was hesitant to order thinking there had to be a catch but for a $600 savings I took the risk. Everything went very smoothly. The bed arrived in perfect condition and I love it! Thanks Caviani!
